การประเมินการเจริญเติบโตและการพัฒนาของคอร์ปัสลูเทียมแพะ โดยการวิเคราะห์โปรตีน ดีเอ็นเอ และ Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) Thai Agricultural

The objective of the present study was to evaluate growth and development of corpus luteum (CL) using protein, DNA analysis and PCNA labeling index throughout the estrous cycle in goats. Non pregnant goats (n=20), 12 months of age were assigned for estrus synchronization. Goats CL were obtained from days 3, 8, 13 and 18 of estrous cycle using bilateral ovariectomy and blood samples were taken for plasma progesterone (P4) concentration. The CL was weighed, and samples of each were fixed in Carnoy’s solution. Additional samples of each CL were frozen and stored at -70 °C until analyzed for tissue DNA and protein. Luteal fresh weight and DNA contents increased (P<0.01) from day 3 to day 8, were similar between days 8 and 13, and then decreased (P<0.01)...

Aim of this research was to investigate physical characters and some chemical characters of northeast local rice grain of Thailand. Physical characters were studied in term of weight, width and size of seed and dehusked seed including elongation rate and water absorption rate of 15 rice cultivars (cv.). Chemical test were checked by protein content, amylose content, lipid content, carbohydrate content, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3 and vitamin B6 content. The result showed that the longest seed of 15 cv. was Jowluang, 10.82 and 7.81 mm. in seed and dehusked seed, respectively. In contrast, cv. This study investigated the influences of paddy aging at 60 C and 70% relative humidity for 5 days on pasting properties of rice flours and molecular structures of major constituents in rice grain. The rice cultivars investigated included waxy rice Sanpah-Tawng 1 (SPT1), which contained 1.3% amylose and 8.3% protein. Non-waxy rice paddies; namely Pathum Thani 1 (PTT1), which had 14.1% amylose and 6.7% protein, as well as and Leuang Pratew 123 (LPT123), which contained 28.6% amylose and 9.6% protein, were also investigated. Paddy aging significantly changed the RVA pasting characteristics of rice flour pastes from all cultivars investigated (p<0.05).
